Weight Loss Woes
I won't be going to tonights meeting because I am going out to see Amber after work. I am very excited about that.
I weighed myself this morning, like every Monday and I am up a lb from last week. I said I felt like I was bloated/swollen and probably due to the steroids.
I am putting it into high gear this week. Tracking everything!
My back is also feeling so much better and if I am good by Wednesday we are back to working out. My back was never sore it just had a spasm. It can happen so I wasn't over doing it.
Time to get back to work on this shit! A friend lost 16 lbs with Jillian Michaels in a month... I can too!!!
Note to self: ask her about that!!
If Jillian Michaels is an advocate of walking, then I am all for that! You can definitely lose weight by changing your diet, drinking lots of water and walking at least 30 minutes (preferably an hour) every day at a pace that is fast enough to make it difficult to carry on a conversation. Want to hire me as your personal trainer? I am relentless and offer a generous family discount! :)
