Goals

With a busy weekend behind me I now have goals from my trainer. Small goal... Swim 300 Meters by the end. Of September. Weekly goals.. Walk 2-3 times a week. Bike once a week. Swim/aqua twice a week. Then I have a weights to lifts 2-3 times a week. Then random chair dips & push-ups.

Long term goal.... Get this weight off in 6 month so I can go skiing!!!

I am going to meet a nutritionist and get food on track!!! Damn food is my biggest problem.

Any help is appreciated!

Tonight did a mini triathlon - walked 30 min. Swam/aqua for a good 30 min (plus relaxed in the hot tub) then picked up some Subway and came home to bike for 15 minutes. Gotta get my rear retrained for a bike. I didn't wear the padded shorts!!!

Already good in my mind. Now inches and fat... Get off of me. I got dream to fulfill!!
